Here's a laugh from the set of The Sandlot. Daniel Zacapa, my friend and the actor who played "Officer Chief of Police Grandpa Squints" stands center, between two Tommy-Gun wielding cops. The Beast puppet required two puppeteers inside the dog suit to actually articulate the whole thing and make it walk -- wearing spring steel stilts no less. It was 112 degrees in Salt Lake City, Utah that summer -- those poor guys about died of heat stroke inside that thing!
